These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Luxi Loungewear Ltd (“Luxi”, “we”, “us”) and any purchases you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

“Luxi”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Luxi Loungewear Ltd.

2. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Luxi Loungewear Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any website content without written consent.

We strive to ensure all information on the site is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct or update any information at any time.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

To place an order, add products to your shopping bag and proceed through checkout. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment email confirming that we’ve received it. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email, confirming that your items have been shipped.
If we cannot accept your order (for example, due to stock availability or pricing errors), we’ll notify you and refund any payment you’ve made.

4. Product Information & Availability

We aim to represent product colours, descriptions, and features accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in lighting or screen resolution.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change items at any time.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.

We accept payments via major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment will be taken at the point of order acceptance (dispatch confirmation).
Discounts and promotional codes are subject to individual terms and cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined unless expressly stated.

6. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (and to selected international destinations, where available).
Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise, your order will arrive within 30 days of purchase.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address or to a person nominated by you. Ownership transfers only when we receive full payment for your order.

7. Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, Luxi Loungewear offers a 28-day returns policy for non-personalised, unused items in original condition and packaging.

Please email info@luxiloungewear.com within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.

8. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact info@luxiloungewear.com within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the product price and the standard delivery charge (not premium delivery) within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return.

Exceptions:

  • Personalised or embroidered items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are non-returnable.

We may deduct from your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact info@luxiloungewear.com within 30 days of receipt.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods. We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faults.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

We are not liable for business or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or opportunity). Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the goods.

We are not responsible for delays or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, transport delays, or supply issues).

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@luxiloungewear.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
If we’re unable to reach a resolution, we’ll provide details of a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as required by UK law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. General Terms

We may amend these Terms occasionally to comply with changes in law or business operations. Updated versions will be published on this page.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
