Delivery & Returns

At Luxi, every order is packed with care and sent from our England base. Below you’ll find all the details you need on how we deliver your pieces, and how to return them should you ever need to.

Delivery Information

UK Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Deliveries due on a bank holiday will arrive the following working day.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times vary depending on location but generally take between 7–14 working days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your destination. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the local courier or customs office.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your Luxi pieces, but if you need to make a return, we make the process simple.
You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attachedand in their original packaging. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@luxiloungewear.com with your order number, the article you wish to return and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
